The said workshop was conducted for the final year students of SoHM. Chef Boney Periera from Morde Food Pvt Ltd. An indigenous giant chocolate factory.
As per sem 5 module, the students were demonstrated on the craftsmanship of Chocolate and the effectiveness and it’s impact. The students were introduced about the importance , uses as well as skillfully handling various chocolates. Chocolates such as Dark compound, Milk compound and white chocolates.
The students were trilled and extremely excited throughout the session. They actively participated in the said chocolate workshop.
