Dr. Manikandan P. is a visionary Hospitality management professional with 28 years of progressive global experience split equally between Industry and Academia. His passion for Food and Travel had taken him across the globe.

Dr. Manikandan holds PhD in Management from Bharath University, Chennai and MBA in Hotel & Tourism Management from the reputed Maastricht Hotel School, The Netherlands and also an MBA in International Business from Alagappa University, Karaikudi. He is certified for Food Production and Bakery & Patisserie from IHM, Chennai and a Certified Hospitality Supervisor from AH &LA, USA. He has a certification in Wine and Spirit Education trust (London) certification of Level-1. As a researcher his Doctorate thesis was in the field of “Customer loyalty with online food delivery aggregators”.

In the Academia, he had held many leadership positions such as Regional Director - South India for Indus Hospitality Careers and Training and as Principal of Bell Institute of Hotel Management.

In the Hospitality Industry he has a variety of experience from reputed brands such as Royal Caribbean Cruises-USA, Amsterdam Marriot Hotel-The Netherlands, The Taj Coromandel Hotel-India & The Trident Oberoi Hotels-India.

He is an Institution builder, developed and managed Hospitality & Beauty/wellness schools, His areas of specialization include Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, Business Development, Market research & Analysis, Training and Development, Inventory Management & Multicultural sensitivity. His other interests are in Yoga and Vipassana Meditation.

Dr. Ketan Chande is a hospitality operations professional turned accomplished educator with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement. Articulate communicator able to effectively interact with students at various academic levels.

He has completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from the prestigious IHM, Ahmedabad. He has an experience spanning over 31 years with 16 years in the industry with many 5 star hotels, fine dining restaurants, banquets and quick service restaurants. He has 15 years of experience in academics in various hospitality management colleges and management colleges.

Bimal Kumar Ekka is an Hospitality Academician and Trainer having over 24 years of vital experience in the field of Hospitality and Tourism, both to participate effectively and efficiently for making of future and helping the bridge between Indians ethos and the changing global trend.

A hotel Management Graduate from IHM, New Delhi, having worked in different parts of India and after being associated with various other prestigious and renowned educational Institutes has acquired excellent knowledge of subject matter, varied curriculum, and standards.

An enthusiastic teacher with knowledge of discipline and classroom management techniques, effectively encouraging and engaging students. Has a proven record of success in completing and making a difference in the lives of young people. As an able communicator, guides and provides students with solutions by easily building consensus through valuable experience which produces immediate impact and contributes to long term success.

Karishma Chauhan is an MBA graduate in Hotel Management from Punjab Technical University, Her under graduation is from the reputed IHM – Mumbai also known as Dadar Catering College. She is an AHLEI certified hospitality educator for Front Office and Accommodation Operations. She started her industry career in Sofitel Mumbai, from there she moved on to teach hospitality for the past 6 years in various reputed hospitality colleges in Dehradun. She finds her passion in teaching, painting and human relationships.

Dr. Rahul Kanekar is a Hospitality professional who has an extensive industry and academic experience. He has completed his PhD. from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur and his Masters from MKUDDE in Tourism Management and is an alumni of IHM Mumbai. He has a fascinating character with effective teaching style, talent in classroom management and expert in the subject matter.

Dr. Kanekar has 20 years of experience out of which more than Five years (5 years) of work experience across leading hospitality brands dealing with managing budgets, customer service, supervising maintenance, coordinating departmental tasks, and overseeing food and beverage operations. Since 15 years he is working as an accomplished educator having a student centric teaching approach which motivates and directs students to strive for excellence. His effective academic delivery helps to connect with students at different educational levels.
