Go Cheese Factory
On November 25th, the students of hotel management, accompanied by Prof. Ketan Chande, visited the Go Cheese Milk Farm and Factory as part of their excursion to Pune. The students gained hands-on experience in cheese-making, learning about the transformation of milk into cheese. The trip offered a memorable blend of education and enjoyment, leaving them with valuable insights and shared experiences.
Sula Vineyard
A trip to Sula Vineyards in Nashik, Maharashtra, was organized for the second-year students of the 2022-2025 batch as part of an industrial tour. Founded in 1998, Sula holds a 70% market share in India’s wine industry. The students toured the winery to learn about viticulture and the winemaking process, guided through the journey from grape to bottle. A highlight was visiting the stockroom with large oak barrels. This hands-on experience provided valuable knowledge and created lasting memories for the students.
Sahyadri Farms
A trip to Sahyadri Farm in Mohadi, Nashik, Maharashtra, was organized for the second-year students of the 2021-2024 batch as part of an industrial tour. The visit provided valuable hands-on experience and direct knowledge, helping students gain first-hand insight into farming practices. This immersive experience contributed to their learning and created lasting memories.
Morde Chocolate Factory
On November 24th, the hotel management students, accompanied by Prof. Ketan Chande, visited the Morde Chocolate Factory in Pune. They explored the detailed process of creating chocolates, from bean to bar, sparking both interest and excitement. The students were even given delicious chocolates to take home as souvenirs, making the visit both educational and delightful. The day concluded with a lively dance party, creating lasting memories for everyone.
